Australian Dean Ferris has jumped at the opportunity to fill-in for the injured Romain Febvre at Monster Energy Yamaha. Ferris will compete three rounds of the MXGP for the factory outfit. From here? Who knows, but rumours are circulating that #111 will be on the line at the first round of the AMA Motocross Championship in May. A return for the injured Aaron Plessinger isn’t set in stone and Ferris will be comfortable on the Factory Yamaha YZ450F – could it be the dream opportunity for Dean?
