Building on a championship-winning legacy, the MY25 platform combines advanced technology and meticulous engineering from Sherco’s factory racing program to deliver unmatched performance. Designed for riders who demand the highest performance, durability, and control, the latest generation showcases Sherco’s relentless pursuit of perfection.
Key Updates for the 2025 Factory Enduro Range:
- New Bodywork: Updated in-mold graphics on radiator shrouds and side panels.
- Frame Protectors: Anti-slip pattern for improved rider grip.
- Rear Taillight Bracket: Enhanced lift point with a new LED taillight assembly.
- Chassis: 250g weight reduction, forged shock absorber arch, new steering lock, and updated engine cradle geometry.
- Aluminium Rear Subframe: 254g weight reduction.
- Engine Mounting Bolts: Optimised design for reduced weight.
- Front and Rear Brake Discs: Improved braking power.
- 7075 CNC Triple Clamps: Improved front-end comfort, 150g weight reduction, better bearing sealing, and new handlebar position (+5mm).
- Instrument Cluster Position: Dampened across two axes with an optimized wiring layout.
- Larger Handguards: Superior protection with new fork protectors.
- Engine-Skid Plates: Revised mounting bolts for simplified removal and servicing.
- Kickstand: Embossed ‘SHERCO’ logo.
- Cooling System: 157g lighter radiators, 15% increased cooling capacity, and a more compact radiator fan.
- Air Filter Housing: Enhanced engine efficiency with easier, toolless side access.
- Wiring Harness: 210g weight reduction and improved component accessibility.
- Tank Mounting: Now features an Anti-Vibration System.
- Linkage Bolts: Reduced weight, improved rear shock comfort, and simplified servicing.
- Simplified Muffler Removal: Easier access through the right-hand side panel.
Model-Specific Improvements:
- 250/300 SE Models: New expansion chamber design for increased ground clearance.
- SEF Models: New Akrapovic full exhaust systems, updated mapping, and more compact fuel pump.
- 250 SE: New gearbox with closer gear spacing (3 to 5).
- 250/300 SEF Models: Lightened and reinforced camshaft bearing cap for higher RPM limits.
- 450/500 SEF Models: Forged swingarm and updated wheelsets with new spokes, axles, hubs, and a spacer system, saving a total of 960g.
Return of Racing Models
The ‘Racing’ model range is back for MY25, featuring limited-release 300cc 2-stroke and 4-stroke models, providing affordable, trail-oriented alternatives to the Factory models.
