Luke Clout has jumped back on the bike following three months of recovery and rehab after a nasty crash in the AMA Supercross Western Regional Championship.
The former Australian MX2 champion had initially signed as a fill in rider for Mad Racing/Dirt Candy Suzuki before an impressive debut saw him ink a two year deal.
Unfortunately a week later Clout suffered the crash and has been off the bike ever since.
Now fully healed, the Aussie is confident he can repay the team with strong results in the Pro Motocross series.
“First day back on the bike felt really good. It feels so good to be back riding, I’m really starting to feel like myself again,” said Clout in a team statement.
Round one in Hangtown will serve as Clout’s Pro Motocross debut.
