KTM Industries AG will be renamed PIERER Mobility AG. KTM has announced a joint venture with Black Toro Capital – the owners of GAS GAS Motorcycles.
The venture will see new models developed alongside the Trial and Enduro bikes of Gas Gas. Gas Gas products and Torrot electric vehicles will continue in Spain.
Gas Gas will now be added alongside KTM and Husqvarna as the third brand under the KTM Industries Group umbrella.
