When the package of riding gear from Shift arrived on my doorstep I was that pumped! There’s just a certain era of cool that ooses from the brand, it’s edgy and cool without being one of those mismatched gear companies – I don’t dig that look. The comfort is the first thing I noticed when I put the pants on, as was the weight, this stuff is super light and very comfortable. It’s pretty rare to put a set of riding gear on these days and instantly notice that it’s improved from the previous brand you wore, but I noticed it straight away with the Shift gear. The jersey is well vented, and the cut is very comfortable, it’s nice and loose around the wrist thanks to the precision-fit micro sleeve cuffs. I wore the Shift 3lack label gear on a really hot day and the mesh paneling did a great job in keeping me nice and cool.
