Dack Gets Honoured After four-time Mr Motocross crowns, 30 years of race team ownership and a lifetime of dedication to the sport of Motocross and Supercross, Craig Dack was honoured with a place in the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame. Each year at the Australian Formula One Grand Prix, our greatest motorsport heroes are inducted into the Motorsport of Fame and in 2024 it saw Dack and his accomplishments acknowledged in front of industry heavyweights, peers and a media pack. Dack was humbled by the experience and joins only 26 other motorcycle racers who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame from a total of 93.
“I was both shocked and honoured to get the phone call to say I had been nominated and then accepted as a recipient of the Hall of Fame Award,” Dack offers. “It certainly wasn’t something I was chasing or aspired to be, but it was a pleasure to receive it and I had an enjoyable day at the Grand Prix to celebrate the occasion.”
