Beta Australia has taken the wraps off the MY23 Beta RX 300 motocrosser, which is due to arrive in OZ in limited numbers in March.
Originally developed for the USA market, the MY22 Beta RX 300 proved to be a hit in Australia, and is back again for 2023.
The most notable improvement over the previous model is a new KYB 45mm body shock with adjustable rebound and high/low speed compression damping, that has Kayaba has been developed with Beta engineers to enhance the rideability of the bike under all conditions.
Specific features of the 2023 model include:
+ A higher performance, longer stroke 300 two-stroke motor compared to the RR and RR Racing models.
+ Keihin PWK38 carburetor.
+ 19-inch rear wheel.
+ Michelin Starcross tyres.
+ Extra-wide billet aluminium footpegs with stainless-steel gripper pins.
+ New narrower shrouds to give the rider more freedom of movement.
+ Redesigned front numberplate.
The new RX 300 will be available in March and will be priced at $13,495 plus pre-delivery from Beta Australia dealers.
