Competitors:
Present your current licence, Logbooks for juniors and proof of club membership.
Competitors under 18yrs must have a signed Guardian Consent form if attending without their parents/legal guardian.
All competitors/ guardians MUST marshal or other rostered duty, or supply a person to marshal for them (Roster will be provided at sign on).
If you fail to fulfil your marshalling duty, the consequences may be disappointing.

Track Location:
The Sapphire Speedway is located on the road between Bemboka and Candela, approximately 5 km’s from Candelo.
Please follow the signs to Speedway.
Allow 20mins if travelling from Bega, and 30 from Merimbula or Tathra.

Camping:
$10 per night per vehicle (collected each day)
Camping/ pits area – will be on the in-field of the speedway.
There is no power at the track, generators permitted, but must be turned off by 10pm.
Hot showers available
Full canteen available for breakfast and lunch.
Please use rubbish bins provided.
Please be aware that there is no smoking and appropriate footwear must be worn in the pit paddock/ camping area during practise & racing, as it is considered to be the official pit area. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
Fires:
Fires at individual sites are permitted but must be contained in a drum etc, no fires on the ground (if found they will be put out).
No fire’s on the speedway track surface – they will be extinguished
Fires must be extinguished prior to practise each day.
If you have your own fire, you will have to bring your own fire wood, or collect from the riverbank.
(NO Firewood is allowed to be removed from the paddock areas.)
Starting Bikes:
NO bike’s are to be started until after riders brief.
