We recently rode two 2024 Honda Africa Twins from Alice Springs to Melbourne, mostly offroad. We covered over 3000km, with our longest day being 750km. It was the ultimate 5-day test for these new adventure bikes, and all we can say is that these machines are built to cover long kilometres in the Outback fast! The bikes were super comfy, had a broad range of usable power from low revs, and could be ridden further offroad than you’d think for a big adventure bike. Here’s a taste of our ride from the GoPro footage we captured. Look out for the full story in issue 258 of Dirt Action magazine. Thanks for the ride, Honda Australia.
