Gotcha straps are a new product to hit Aussie shores, and may just become your new best friend when it comes to keeping items secure.
The Gotcha is a fastening system that uses a hook and loop design, feeding the strap back through the strong plastic loop and securing it with the Velcro pad allows a strong and firm grip on whatever you need to secure.
I have found stacks of uses for the varied Gotcha straps since getting my hands on them, from packing my van, to travelling with camera gear right down to having my old man eyeing them off for use with his motorcycle bike rack.

I am yet to find anyway to fault the Gotcha strap; they are a simple design with a simple need and one that they fulfil. I’m sure with a fair bit of use the Velcro would eventually wear out, but they are priced well and wont be any sweat to replace them after they have copped plenty of abuse. In saying that, I have used these for a few months now, and am yet to see too much sign of wear.
